A cute Boy and Easter.

I have been having trouble downloading these pictures but really wanted to get them up because they are so cute. Kyle has been really into the toys lately and grabbing at them. He is already getting so old, it makes me sad that it is going so fast. He had a Dr. appt. on Thursday, he weighs 16lbs even and is in the 75th percentile, down from 95th when he was born.

Trying to keep the drool from drenching his p.j.s He often gets wrapped up soaking wet. The Dr. said he is probably teething. Not so much fun for Mom.

The Easter bunny came this morning. Sofie still doesn't know who the Easter bunny is. Next year he will come on Saturday so Sunday can be all about the Savior. But He was not on the ball this year and so he came today. By the way the night before is not a good time to try and find things for baskets. We bought the big basket the day after Easter last year and hid it until now, they are always cheaper the day after.

Here is what I have been working on today.

A few random thoughts...

• Will I ever be able to get a sleep through the night good night sleep again? Even though Kyle is a good sleeper I am still exhausted.
• Why couldn't my kids take a nap at the same time today? I was trying so hard to get Kyle to sleep, then once Sofie woke up he went down. UGH
• I am looking forward to Conference this weekend and having Nathan home for the whole weekend. (excluding priesthood session, of course)
• Will my child ever be potty trained?
• I NEED A NAP!
  
• What do I make for dinner?
• I need to fold the kids clothes.
• Can I quit for one day, then start again tomorrow?

I am sure this is most of you mothers out there, but I just needed to complain for a minute.

Sofie and markers

I wish I could say that I was doing something productive like making dinner or feeding Kyle while this happened but I wasn't. I was scrapbooking and not paying attention to my child and this is what happens. She saw these markers yesterday in my church bag and really wanted to use them, so I put them away in my room but I guess they weren't hidden enough. It is really hard to be upset when you take their picture and they think they are the greatest thing ever.Notice her proud smile.

Kyle's blessing day

We were able to bless Kyle this last Sunday, which just happened to be Nathan's birthday and the anniversary of out engagement 6 years ago. Our Families were able to be with us with the exception of a few that we missed very much. It was fun to be able to get together and see family that we haven't seen in a while. Kyle did great during the blessing, and all day long for that matter. Here are some of the great pictures that we were able to get.
