WARNING: Picture overload, I couldn't pick. We had Christel take some family pictures for us yesterday. I think they are great. But poor Sofie had an extremely runny nose and did not feel the best. She did great though.
The backyard has been a huge project this summer. Well honestly for quite a few summers. But we are almost there. There are just a few more things that we need to do but that will have to wait till next year. We are so excited to have it done and it looks great. We had the sod delivered today around 9:30 and because we were the recipients of a service project it was done by 10:45. Amazing, now we are going to go and stare at it.
I uploaded my pictures from the last couple of weeks and am now very overwhelmed. There are so many I don't know where to start. So we will see how this goes.
A couple weeks ago Auntie L came to visit for a week. The kids had a BLAST finding rollie pollies with her. We started giving Shayla solids a while ago. She took a little while to warm up to it but now she loves it. Sofie graduated from Preschool. She was a sheep in the mother goose story time. She is now onto kindergarten. Where did the time go? Kyle is the messiest eater I have ever known. We are working on finishing our backyard. Kyle loves to be a helper. This is the wall and flower bed that Nathan built for me. I love it. and can't wait for everything to fill in the way I am envisioning it. Sofie was sick yet again and this is how she fell asleep one of the days. Does not look comfortable. Being a great helper. Obviously I think these are two of the cutest girls around. We pierced Shayla's ears yesterday. She sure is cute but she doesn't need her ears pierced for that.
Sofie decided that craft time at preschool today was hair cutting time instead. It's not horrible thankfully but it's definetly not great either, it can kind of be hidden. Why do kids have to do these kinds of things? I was hoping go get picutures on mother's day, now she's going to have goofy hair.
