First self haircut

Sofie decided that craft time at preschool today was hair cutting time instead. It's not horrible thankfully but it's definetly not great either, it can kind of be hidden. Why do kids have to do these kinds of things? I was hoping go get picutures on mother's day, now she's going to have goofy hair.

Easter

Most of Sofie's pictures look like this. She was in such a hurry that she wasn't still long enough for a good picture.

This Easter was pretty low key. Kyle has been sick so no church for us. Which means no pictures with cute matching outfits. Oh well, maybe I will get them on mothers day. They did get some fun things in their Easter baskets like a magnifying glass. As you can see they enjoyed some time outside using them. They found lots of little bugs and even a snail.

Boys will be boys!

I just found this blog post in my drafts and though I would finish it up. Since I wrote this he has gotten really sick again. So bad that we have had to have cultures done and possibly blood work. We will have to wait and see what the outcome is. I just want it to be over with. It seems like we have been sick for 6 straight months.
(Don't let the cute face fool you. He is not as innocent as he looks.)

Kyle is all boy. In the last week the kid has fallen down the stairs, all the way from the top. I heard the thud, thud, thud all the way down. I had to call poison control because he ate the A&D diaper ointment. He almost bite through his cheek. He fell and hit his head on the return air vent and hit it so hard he put a dent in the vent. He had a huge good egg on the back of his head. Then when we were at the Dr for Shayla's check up he hit his head on the exam table same spot as the goose egg. The kid climbs like the best monkey out there. He climbs everything, the shelves in his closet, the toy shelves in the basement, the toy refrigerator downstairs. He thinks he's a flying monkey too. Unfortunately there are more incidents but I can't think of them right now. What am I going to do with this kid. If he makes it to his next birthday alive I will be surprised. I am thinking we will be in the E.R. sometime soon.Being a ballerina just like his sister.

Watching General Conference.
This little dude was REALLY sick. He had a lot of Popsicles in the tub.
Sick again. He is so hungry but can't eat anything so we gave him the gravy. Nice, huh. But when your two year old is starving and doesn't understand why you give into him sometimes.

Nathan graduated from USU tonight with a bachelors degree in Business. We are all proud of him and his hard work. He has supported and provided for our family all while going to school and many other things.
